Privacy policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact us

If you would like to contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored within the framework of cookies.

In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Name, telephone number, e-mail address, address in the event of a shipping request. The data provided by you are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of shipping data to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods and to our tax consultancy for the fulfillment of our tax obligations.

After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to prevent cookies from being set or to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases. If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web analysis

Our website uses features of the Google Analytics web analytics service provided by Google Inc(www.google.at) and an analytics tool hosted by ourselves (Matomo). These tools use methods that enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users, such as so-called "cookies" (you can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored - see above). The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

In the case of Google Analytics, this is usually a Google server in the USA. By activating IP anonymization on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area; only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Due to this anonymization, only a rough localization is possible, but no personal assignment. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (in the case of the USA: "Privacy Shield").

Here you can find more information about data usage by Google Inc.:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
https://www.datenschutz.org/google-analytics-datenschutz/

The analysis tool Matomo is hosted on our own servers, the user data is also immediately anonymized by shortening the IP address. By activating the "Do-Not-Track" setting in your browser, no user data is collected by Matomo.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized as mentioned. The user data is retained for a maximum period of 14 months

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps for the display of map information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website. For more information about data processing by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/. You can also change your settings there in the Privacy Center. There you can also change your settings in the privacy center to manage and protect your data.

YouTube videos

Some of our pages also contain embedded content from YouTube. When simply calling up a page from our website with embedded videos from our YouTube channel, no personal data, with the exception of the IP address, is transmitted. The IP address is transmitted by YouTube to Google Inc, 600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
